Where Engineering Meets Women’s Health

My name is Sophie and I’m a recent graduate from the University of Washington with a degree in bioengineering. I currently work as a medical device specialist and am passionate about women’s health, research, and medical innovation.

I created this platform to explore the intersection of women’s healthcare, biomedical research, and engineering. Women’s health has historically been understudied in many areas of medicine, and I believe more accessible research is needed.

I write about a wide range of topics, including women’s health disparities, new medical technology, reproductive health, and emerging research shaping the future. My goal is to make scientific and medical topics more understandable and accessible while also highlighting the unanswered questions within women’s healthcare.

I hope this platform can serve as both an educational resource and an ongoing exploration of how medicine, research, and engineering can better serve women.

Thank you!
